Dr. Victoria Brugger grew up in the small, rural town of Lewiston with her parents and 3 siblings. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Concordia University St. Paul. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. In 2019, Dr. Brugger was happy to return to her hometown in the southeastern Minnesota area as a member of the Apple Tree Dental team.

While a passion for science and art is what originally brought Dr. Brugger to dentistry, her main focus is in the geriatric and special needs populations. She finds happiness in treating the underserved and providing oral care for individuals with both mental and physical barriers. Dr. Brugger is the team leader of the Rochester Mobile program. Each day, she travels to a different nursing home or group home to provide dental care to their residents including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and denture services. She also provides sedation dentistry for the special needs population who are unable to tolerate traditional dental cares.

She is a proud Sunday School teacher and supporter of the arts. Dr. Brugger currently lives in Dover with her husband, two children, and dog.  In her free time, you can find Dr. Brugger on the pontoon with her family, reading her Kindle, and obsessing over Disney and Marvel. Fall is her favorite season and she is always ready for coffee!
