This can include people with autism, Alzheimer's disease, Down Syndrome, spinal cord injuries, and countless other conditions or injuries that can make standard dental procedures more difficult.
Caring for a patient with special needs takes compassion, understanding, and sometimes special equipment. While most dentists can accommodate many patients with special needs to some degree, our staff have advanced training beyond dental school to meet the unique needs of these patients and their families. Many of our staff are experts in their field and provide training and lectures on treating patients with disabilities and special healthcare needs.
