ADA News Covers the Dental Industry Staffing Shortage in Recent Article

June 18, 2021

According to a new article from their news outlet, the American Dental Association is working to address the dental staffing shortage that is causing stress for dental offices across the United States.  The COVID-19 pandemic may be to blame for at least part of the problem, although the article does mention that dental team members "were in short supply," even before March 2020.  The educational requirements - and the high cost of those requirements - may also be contributing to the shortage.

Learn more about the problem, and what the ADA is hoping to do to address the issue, in their article (available for download here and viewable below).
