As of July 27, 2021, the American Dental Association opened up a new repository for protected, cloud-based data to "support clinical research" and "promote excellence in dental care," according to an article published by the ADANews.
The data is available to dental practices of any size, as long as they are using the practice management software Open Dental (version 19.3 or later).
