Kristina started with Apple Tree Dental in 2024, and has a Bachelors in Accounting and a Masters in Human Resources Management. She became the Chief People Officer in 2026.

Her reason for joining the team at Apple Tree was based in a love of working in the nonprofit world, especially nonprofit healthcare, which holds a special place in her heart. She loves building and improving all the pieces that make up Human Resources, particularly the opportunity to focus on the full well-being of all of Apple Tree's hardworking team members.

Kristina is a member of SHRM. She is a long-time book enthusiast, and enjoys various craft projects such as knitting, sewing, cross-stitch and making beaded jewelry. She is a mom or stepmom to seven young adults, and happily married to her husband, Josh, who works in healthcare IT.
