Apple Tree Dental is famous for its mobile outreach services that we provide to nursing homes, assisted living centers, Head Start facilities, and more. And, as of 2026, we are offering mobile outreach services in several areas of the state. These areas include the Twin Cities metro, west central Minnesota, and south central and southeast Minnesota. Mobile community outreach services can be requested easily. Apple Tree Dental has a request form that you can use to inquire about bringing mobile services to your facility. Please ensure that the form is filled out by an official representative of the facility. If you are a patient or prospective patient, please ask your facility to consider filling out an inquiry form.
