Nicole Giddings, DDS, joined the field of dentistry in 2003. She had previously completed a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Arizona with a physiology major and a chemistry minor, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Dr. Giddings joined the Mounds View team at Apple Tree Dental in 2024.

Dr. Giddings knew she wanted to pursue dentistry after a longtime love of the medical field and having the opportunity to shadow her childhood dentist. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know her patients and working with them to achieve their goals, and the artistry of dentistry.

Out of the large array of procedures that she can do, Dr. Giddings most enjoys root canals, crowns, fillings, and extractions. She loves seeing patients of all ages, from the very young pediatric patients to older adults.

Dr. Giddings belongs to the American Dental Association and the Minnesota Dental Association. She has volunteered with Give Kids A Smile and Lifeline.

Dr. Giddings lives in Buffalo with her husband of more than 25 years and their four children and cat. She enjoys family trips to National Parks, running, hiking, downhill skiing, and cheering on the Gophers!
